Winds Way

Winds Way is located off Peconic Bay Boulevard in the once-bustling seaport and farming community of Jamesport on Long Island’s North Fork. It consists of a series of historic buildings that Nancy Gilbert and Richard Wines have collected over the past decade, surrounded by numerous fruit, vegetable and ornamental gardens. The property, which has been in Richard’s family for many generations, also includes a ten-acre field still actively farmed by Richard’s brother and nephew, as well as woodlands, wetlands and Peconic Bay shorefront.
